Was kommt nach der grünen Wolke? Was folgt auf die Auflösung eines Systems, das die gesamten öffentlichen Medien vollständig kontrolliert und über Jahre hinweg falsche Nachrichten und Propaganda verbreitet hat?
Stille. Und ein Tag lang Wetterbericht. Ein Wetterbericht nach dem anderen.
Hier geht es auch um Verdrängung und Lügen, und was nach Lügen und einer komplett verzerrten, erlogenen Realität noch real bleibt. Wie wird das Wetter morgen werden?
Ausgangspunkt ist die Situation in Ungarn nach den Parlamentswahlen von 2026. Der Wetterbericht – eines der scheinbar neutralsten Formate des Fernsehens – wird hier zum Bild für die Frage, was von einer gemeinsamen Wirklichkeit bleibt, nachdem ein politisches System über Jahre hinweg die Wahrnehmung der Realität bestimmt hat.
Die Ausstellung bildet den Abschluss einer einjährigen Zusammenarbeit zwischen der Klasse von Anke Doberauer (Akademie der Bildenden Künste München) und der Klasse von Mária Chilf (Ungarische Universität der Bildenden Künste Budapest) zum Thema Die grüne Wolke. Gemeinsam mit der Klasse von Łukasz Skąpski (Kunstakademie Stettin) präsentieren Studierende aller drei Klassen ihre Arbeiten in München.
Die Arbeiten sind verkäuflich, ihrer Erlös unterstützt das gemeinsame Austauschprojekt.

What comes after the Green Cloud? What follows the collapse of a system that has exercised complete control over the public media, spreading disinformation and propaganda for years?
Silence. Then, a full day of weather reports. One weather forecast after another.
This exhibition is about denial and lies - and about what remains real after years of deception and a completely distorted reality. What will the weather be like tomorrow?
The exhibition takes as its point of departure the situation in Hungary following the parliamentary elections of 2026. Here, the weather forecast - one of television's seemingly most neutral formats - becomes a metaphor for the question of what remains of a shared reality after a political system has shaped public perception for years.
Wetterbericht marks the conclusion of a year-long collaboration between Anke Doberauer's class at the Academy of Fine Arts Munich and Mária Chilf's class at the Hungarian University of Fine Arts, centred on the project Die Grüne Wolke (The Green Cloud). Together with Łukasz Skąpski's class from the Academy of Art in Szczecin, students from all three classes present their work in Munich.
